On Thursday, 29^th November, 2007, a new Competitiveness and Innovation programme is to be started. It has been created by the European Commission. Unlike other EU programmes, this one will not support contractors via endowments but its aim is to ease the acquisition of funds for the realization of innovation union projects as well as to enlarge the access to various funds, credits and investments that would support economic activity.
