The Innovative Economy Operating Programme was the main subject of a Monday promotional – informative conference on activities realized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education in the new financial perspective between the years 2007 and 2013.

The top-ranking of Forbes monthly magazine for the best places of production investments was won by £ódz. It was worth for its city council to think innovatively and to place the creating of the city strategy into the hands of a consulting company as well as to hand over the investment supervision to a new unit created especially for that matter.
